Graffiti, to some an art form, but to the people who have their property defaced a damned curse.  It is a problem that has increased over recent years to almost unbelievable proportions.  The very presence of graffiti in a neighbourhood creates an air of crime and vandalism and lowers the feeling of safety in the area.

In Kent we are no exception, look around everywhere.  Graffiti is on public places schools, council buildings, private dwellings, shops, phone boxes, bus stops and loads more.
